Fairytales
Fairytales is the theme of our latest challenge at Crafting When we Can. I have used Whispy by Saturated Canary, and coloured the image with promarkers and spectrum noir pens. The paper is from my stash, I have added some lace and some fabric net, prima flowers with pearl brad centres and punched leaves.

Ribbons and Skulls

Bonjour
Bonjour, Our challenge this fortnight on Crafting When we can is countries, your challenge is make something using the colours of a countrys Flag. We are sponsored this time by Sassy Design Studio and there are some digi images up for grabs for the winner.
I have used France Honey and have coloured her using my promarkers. I have added an image of France showing the Flag. I added a couple of sentiments from a set of stamps I have had for ages not sure who they are by and then added some candi which I have coloured in red and blue.

Weddings
This Fortnight the Challenge on Crafting When we Can is Weddings and we are sponsored this time by the brilliant Some Odd Girl.
I have used a Lili of the Valley stamp and coloured the image with promarkers, the papers are Tim Holtz and Core ordinations. The sentiment is also from Lili of the valley. I have then used a mixture of a die cuts and a punch for the leaves and then added some pink and white roses from my stash.

Sketch Challenge
The Sketch for the fortnight
On my card I have used Little mushrooms in a row image. The image has been coloured using Spectrum Noir pens (first time using them), and the background papers are all basic Grey and then a small amount of lace which has been dyed using cold tea.

Late Again
Late again with my post for this fortnights challenge on Crafting When We Can and the challenge this time is to use 1 x large image, 2 x sentiments and 3 x colours. At the moment I am feeling very proud to be British with the amazing Olympic Games London put on and now the superb Paralympics that i went for the colour combo of Red White and Blue. I have used a Kenny K image that I love and Tim Holtz adage tickets and the Union Flag is Papermania. I have added 2 pieces of Ric Rac in Red and Blue as well.

Summer Fun

I have used Charlotte with flowers and Bird digi stamp from milk coffee for my card. I have coloured her with promarkers. The paper is from a stack that came free with a magazine and I have mad a sun using yellow card and yellow ric rac, added 2 flower buttons and a sentiment.

Mint Chocolate Chip

Crafting When we can sketch
The new challenge over on Crafting when we can is a sketch, and this is my interpretation of it. We are sponsored this fortnight by Tickled pink stamps and I have used LilLad Stefan for my card.
I coloured the image with promarkers, used some HOTP papers that I have had for ages, some blue card from my stash for the sea, sandpaper for the sand, added some Ric Rac and buttons and the sentiment was done on the Dymo.

crafting when we can meets sketch saturday
The new challenge over on crafting when we can is Things with Wings and we are sponsored this time by the fantastic The Digi Garden and we were given some of their great images to create our cards with. I have used Fairy 001 for my card.
I decided to combine my DT card this week with the sketch from this weeks Sketch saturday challenge blog which is a great sketch. I have used the Digi garden image fairy 001, coloured the image with promarkers. The papers are all old papers from the English paper CO, the card is colour core-ordinations. The sentiment is an old papermania stamp. I added some lace and some foam flowers to finish.

A day to celebrate
This fortnight over on Crafting when we can the theme is "one for the boys" and our lovely sponsor this time round is Some Odd Girl.
I have used a Kenny K download for my card, coloured with promarkers, used 2 new dies from, the picket fence and grass, used a fairground image for the backing and then added an Autumm leaves ticketed stamp for the sentiment.

Crafting when we can
This fortnight on Crafting when we can the theme is animals and we are sponsored by the brilliant The Stamping Boutique. For my card I have used the image Patch, which has been coloured with promarkers. The papers and embellishments are Nitwits which came free with a magazine. Then sentiment is from Craftwork cards.
I used the sketch from Friday sketch challenge, as I thought it matched the theme I wanted to use which is patchwork.

play time
Finally found some time to make cards just because I could, not because I had to, So I thought I would play along with some challenges. I have made this card using Lili of the Valley stamp, hanging around which I have had for ages and never used. I have coloured the image using promarkers and then mounted this onto a piece of Joanna Sheen backing paper from the Messy Rabbit set. The frame has been made out of card from an amazon box along with the heart. The paper is from a really old Hot off the press paper pack. The sentiment is computer generated and then I just added 3 craftwork candi.

not intended for crafting
This fortnight the challenge on crafting when we can is to use something that is not intended for crafting and we are sponsored by the brilliant Spesch designer stamps.
I have used Max from Spesch stamps and have coloured the image using promarkers and my items not intended for crafting are the half a cd and the card that the sentiment is mounted onto is the inside of a toilet roll. The BP is from a basic grey pad.

New Year
Hello everyone and a Happy New Year to you.
Today is the new challenge over on Crafting When we can and the challenge for this fortnight is
New Years Resolutions and we are sponsored by Crafty Ribbons and The stamping boutique this time.
I have used Princess Jennifer Latte Vanity digital stamp for my card, and one of my resolutions is to be a bit more girly so this image was very apt. The image has been coloured using promarkers, the backing paper is from Love Letters paper stack by first edition. The brown card is from my stash and has been embossed using the tiny bubbles embossing folder, then added some lace and craftwork candi and a sentiment from craftwork cards.
I followed the sketch over on Sketch Saturday for this card so would like to enter it into these challenges

Crafting When we Can
This week on crafting when we can the theme is Friendship, so I decided to make a card for my best friend - My Husband. we are sponsored this week by Kenny K Downloads and I choose to use Mrs Claus for my card.
The image has been coloured with promarkers, the sentiment was computer generated. I have used the Tim Holtz clock using weathered core ordination card, added some muslin and somr holly with berries and that was my card made.

WOW
Todays card is for the Penny Black saturday challenge and I've used the sketch from this weeks Sketch Saturday to make it.
Penny Black challenge wanted white on white this week with only the image to be coloured. I have used the Sweet Snowman stamp and coloured the image with promarkers. The white card has been embossed using cuttlebug folders, swiss dots, snowflakes and sledding. I have also used quickutz dies for the tree and the holly.

crafting when we can and Friday Sketch Challenge
This week on Crafting when we can it is Borrow a sketch fortnight, We would like to see cards made with sketches from challenge blogs and please link to whichever challenge blog you have used.
This fortnight we are sponsored by the fantastic Tiddly inks and we were allowed to choose which image we wanted to use so I went for Santas Helper, and I have used the sketch on this weeks Friday Sketch Challenge blog.
The papers used on my card are from a Trimcraft 12 x 12 pad which I have had for ages, the words are on a Sizzix die. The image has been coloured used promarkers.
