play time

Finally found some time to make cards just because I could, not because I had to, So I thought I would play along with some challenges. I have made this card using Lili of the Valley stamp, hanging around which I have had for ages and never used. I have coloured the image using promarkers and then mounted this onto a piece of Joanna Sheen backing paper from the Messy Rabbit set. The frame has been made out of card from an amazon box along with the heart. The paper is from a really old Hot off the press paper pack. The sentiment is computer generated and then I just added 3 craftwork candi.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges

Lilis little fairies - the theme this week is Oh Boy - a masculine card

Oldie but a Goodie - the theme is Have a Heart - must have a heart on your entry

Passion for promarkers - recycle something

not intended for crafting

This fortnight the challenge on crafting when we can is to use something that is not intended for crafting and we are sponsored by the brilliant Spesch designer stamps.

I have used Max from Spesch stamps and have coloured the image using promarkers and my items not intended for crafting are the half a cd and the card that the sentiment is mounted onto is the inside of a toilet roll. The BP is from a basic grey pad.

I would like to enter this into

Cards for men - the challenge being boys and their toys, well headphones and music are their toys in my house

Passion for promarkers - the theme is humour, I think this is funny.

Thank you for looking

New Year

Hello everyone and a Happy New Year to you.

Today is the new challenge over on Crafting When we can and the challenge for this fortnight is
New Years Resolutions and we are sponsored by Crafty Ribbons and The stamping boutique this time.

I have used Princess Jennifer Latte Vanity digital stamp for my card, and one of my resolutions is to be a bit more girly so this image was very apt. The image has been coloured using promarkers, the backing paper is from Love Letters paper stack by first edition. The brown card is from my stash and has been embossed using the tiny bubbles embossing folder, then added some lace and craftwork candi and a sentiment from craftwork cards.

I followed the sketch over on Sketch Saturday for this card so would like to enter it into these challenges
