I have used Tough Edwin coloured with polychromos and sansodor, the BP's are from my stash but I think they are papermania and DCWV stack. The blue card is from my stash of scrap card, and the ribbons came from the ribbon drawer which is now overflowing. Wasn't sure what to use as the embellishment in the left hand corner, so decided that as its cold, even tough Edwin needs a hat and gloves.

Scary
This weeks challenge on Penny Black saturday challenge is Bump in the night.
"As Halloween is approaching we would like to see your spooky cards/projects this week.".
This was not easy for me as on Saturday I did not possess one halloween style penny black stamp or image, but now I do. I managed to get this stamp "The Apprentice", so went for it.
The image has been coloured using polychromos and sansodor, edged with spiced marmalade distress ink and mounted onto black card. Used orange paper from my stash as the background, twisted some orange and purple and black threads together for the edge, added a black flower with orange button as the centre, also with some purple thread through it. Just added the rub ons to finish the card

Ho Ho Ho
On A spoon full of sugar blog today we have been asked for sparkle and bling, but unfortunately the scan doesn't pick up the sparklt very well. The BP is free from a magazine, have stamped the father christmas magnolia and coloured with polychromos and sansodor, this has been mounted onto white cardstock which has been embossed using the cuttlebug snowflake folder and then chalked. Added the flowers which are from a christmas set of embellishments that I have had for a couple of years. The ho ho ho is glitter card but this isn't very clear here, and it has been cut using a sizzlets die on my cuttlebug. the other bit of sparkle is the bright gold brad in the centre of the flower.

Friday Sketchers
another great sketch from the gang at Friday Sketchers this week, so great that it imspired me to make my 2nd christmas card (guess who doesn't start making them early).
I have used a whipper snapper stamp that I have had for a couple of years, coloured with polychromos and sansodor. Used bazzill card and my fiskars holly punch (also not used for years). The BP is from a DCWV pad for occassions. Also used some wire edged wide ribbon down the centre of the card, which also went with the snow theme.
Sketch Saturday 22
Another great sketch this week on the Sketch Saturday challenge blog, I have used another rubbernecker stamp that I got at Ally Pally in September, it sort of matches the man one I made earlier. Have coloured the image with polychromos and sansodor, cut the image out and mounted onto the circle which has been embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder. Have added the words, Nice, unforgettable, pretty and irrestible. Just added the prima flowers to try and soften the overall image.

Just to show
Just thoght I would show a Christening card that I was asked to make. I'm never sure what to do for these but once I saw this forever friends stamp I knew that it was the answer to my prayers. The image is coloured with sansodor and polychromos, which has then been matted onto silver card ( I know it looks black in the pic). The BP is from my stash, added the lace and then attached a silver cross to the lace.

Stars
This week the challenge on Cute Card Thursday is The stars at night, they would like us to use stars or something spooky on our creations. I have gone for the stars option mainly becuase I don't possess any spooky stamps or images of any type, but have seen plenty that I need.
I have used the sugar nellie Skater boy stamp and coloured him with polychromos and sansodor,
the papers are from dovecraft and have used one with lots of stars on. The stamped sentiment is from the see d's celebration message set, and finally cut some stars out of the scrap left to finish.

Tilda and Friends
Never got round to playing last week, so was determined to do this weeks challenge which is Golden Tones. The lovely ladies who run this challenge would like to see the golden tones of Autumn as our inspiration, So I have used Tilda and her broom, coloured her in what I think are Autumnal colours with polychromos and sansodor, the background is spice marmalade sidtress ink, slightly lightened with a wet wipe. The leaves are punched out and then colured with a mixture of distress inks. The trees in the background are an Anitas stamp which I have never used, but thought that it might be useful one day, that day being today.
Blue and Brown
This week on Stamp with Stampavie challenge blog (was previously stamp with Sarah Kay), the challenge is Blue and Brown, So off Iwent to get the blue and brown pencils out. The image has been coloured with polychromos and Sansodor. Not sure whose the paper is as it is from my stash, as is the backing for the image. The swirl has been cut on the cuttlebug with a sizzix die onto Bazzill card and the sentiment has been stamped onto bazzill card as well and then stapled to the card with a blue staple. The ribbon is from papermania but fitted the bill well being that its cream, brown and blue

This is todays sketch over on Sketch Saturday challenge blog. Just a quick card as I have to go get ready for work tonight soon. I have used Crate backing paper, the stamp is Pirate Dan from kadoodle stamps from the craft barn. Just added some ribbon and the squares have the shiver me timbers stamped onto them, the stamps are from a priate set of stamps from Tanda stamps
Thanks a bunch
Todays challenge on Penny Black Saturday blog is Thanks a bunch . I have used this penny black image which I received in a swap so have no idea what it is called, but what a great image it is. Was going to use a really old penny black stamp called sunflowers but for the life of me I can't get the colouring right.
The image and mat have been cut using my nesties, the paper is papermania and the orange cad is from my stash, have just added orange ribbon and a couple of flowers.
The sentiment has been cut using the cuttlebug.

Sarah Kay week 14
Week 14 on the Stamp with srah kay challenge blog and it is yet again another brilliant sketch.
I have used K & Co papers this time, the image is coloured with polychromos and sansodor again. Have added rafia and the tags along with a flower and gem.
The stamp with sarah kay blog has changed slightly in that we can now use any stampavie stamps, which at the moment are Sarah Kay and Rachelle anne Miller stamps, so I will have to have a change soon

Tilda and Friends
This week there is no set theme on Tilda and friends ATC challenge blog, but the idea this week is to send the ATC off to Shary with an SAE and they will return a different one back, so this week I have used Tilda reading for my book worm ATC, which is what I am, apart from I only wear the glasses for driving. Tilda has been coloured with polychromos and sansodor, and have added the books button and dymo tape

Sarah Kay weekly challenge
This is the sketch for the sarah kay weekly challenge blog this week and a great sketch it is.
Below is my version of the sketch..
I have gone for a green and blue colour scheme this week. The papers are all crate papers, have coloured Rosies garden using polychromos and sansodor. My scalloped edge is the other way to the sketch, mainly because its the only way that I can cut a scalloped edge, that is until I get my hands on the new stampin up punch.
Have added the ticket and clip, and some flowers to finish off, also the stamped swirl.

baby hammock
The penny Black saturday challenge this week is a sketch, as always you must use at least one penny black stamp or image. This is my version of the sketch, I have used the penny black stamp Baby Hammock again (love this image), and paper from my stash. The pink card is bazzil bling card. Used white card and put this through the cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder, added some pink ribbon and flowers and the circular sentiment from stampin up.
